Some of the Apps in our portfolio (Blossom, Pixomatic, Productive) offer web subscriptions, which can be purchased directly from the app’s website and redeemed on mobile.
If you have received a PayPal charge from Conceptive Apps LLC, it is likely related to a web subscription. Please note that these subscriptions will not appear in your Google Play or Apple ID subscriptions list, as they were purchased externally.
If you wish to cancel your web subscription, you’re welcome to do so by following these steps:
- Determine which App the charge is coming from by retrieving our welcome email or the invoice that notified you of the subscription’s renewal. Depending on which email address you used to subscribe, it may or may not be the same email linked to your PayPal account.
- Once you’ve identified which App the charge is coming from, proceed to the related website, sign in to your account and follow the steps to cancel your subscription.
Regarding refunds, please know that as stated in our Terms of Service you agreed to upon subscribing, you can cancel your plan at any time to avoid automatic renewals—but charges that have already occurred are non-refundable. Therefore, our Support Team won’t be able to intervene on related queries.
